1st Call Home Repair and Handyman Services is a fully insured Missouri LLC operating in compliance with all applicable state laws. Warranties are provided only when expressly outlined in a written contractual agreement, and no other warranties are implied. All services are subject to a two-hour minimum charge, and a dispatch or transportation fee may apply for work performed outside of our standard service territory; this fee may be waived for projects exceeding four hours at our discretion. Certain projects may also require a customer-signed damage waiver due to pre-existing conditions or prior work not performed by us. All services are otherwise provided “as-is,” and liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law.
